  5. The ultimate in all is the individual who trains to produce anything of significance in the most pleasing result suited for that moment it is used. I love chunky sauce and love near every other form at different times. Boring is twice in a row, if I prefer change.

  18. The success of Aldi and Lidl in Europe suggests Moskovitz was wrong. These shops have far fewer lines and try to produce one or two really good ketchups or mustards or bbq sauces for a reasonable price. Customers appreciate the simplicity - it gives them their time and therefore their lives back.
